We ship orders through trusted carriers including India Post and DTDC, depending on location, parcel size, and service availability.
Delivery charges: Standard parcel delivery is charged at Rs 30, while faster delivery options are charged at Rs 60 where available. The final delivery cost is shown during checkout based on speed and serviceability.
Dispatch: Orders are usually packed and dispatched within 2-3 business days after confirmation.
Tracking: Once dispatched, the tracking number will be sent to your registered email with carrier details. You can enter the tracking number on the India Post or DTDC tracking page to follow your parcel easily.
Delivery timeline: Delivery usually takes 5-7 business days after dispatch. Remote locations, holidays, or carrier delays may take longer.

If you receive a damaged, incorrect, missing, or unusable product, please contact us as soon as possible so our team can review the issue.

Once approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method or another mutually agreed method. Refund timelines may vary based on the payment provider or bank.
